It never fails that when I am looking for a specific stone for a project, I will find something unusual that I just can’t pass up. Such is the case with these 2 rings. The first is a tourmalated quartz. That type of stone is not unusual, but what is unusual is the single finger of black tourmaline inside this clear quartz. The second is a cabochon watermelon tourmaline. What is unusual about this stone is the super pale green & pink of this stone. If you ever come across a unique and/or unusual stone (precious, semi-precious, or otherwise), maybe don’t pass on it because it is loose.
